Return Policy
- We unfortunately do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange/return your jewels then we would be more than happy to issue a store credit or issue an exchange. This must be done within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be sent back to our address ( we will provide at time of return )
- We strongly encourage careful review of product descriptions, sizing information, and any other details before placing your order.

Shipping Policy
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 4-5 business days.

- Please note that OAK + EVE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. If choosing LETTERMAIL shipping please know that this is untracked and OAK + EVE will not be held responsible if lost.
